Shipping

STOCK + SHIPPING TIMES

All stock items are shipped within 3 - 5 business days after payment has been made.

If any items are not in stock, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.
 

WHERE WE SHIP TO

We ship to most countries, shipping cost for your country will be provided at the Check Out.

If your country is not listed, please email hello@lizziehillierstudio.com with the items you are purchasing, delivery address and contact details. We will get back to you with a shipping cost.

IMPORT DUTIES

If your delivery address is outside of the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Lizzie Hillier Studio cannot be held responsible for these charges.
If you wish to find out more information please contact your local Customs and Excise office.
**International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities. This may cause a delay in delivery. 

 

Returns

All our items are made by hand with great care and we hope you are delighted with your order. However If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hello@lizziehillierstudio.com as soon as possible and return it to us, in its original condition within 14 days to:

Items will be refunded providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.

Unfortunately, shipping costs and/or import duties are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we would advise customers to contact us at hello@lizziehillierstudio.com as soon as possible.

Please send the parcel via a signed for service and keep receipt for proof of postage.

Exceptions

Please note that cut fabric is non-returnable
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any returned item that is received by us more than 14 days after the date of purchase will be not be accepted.

Cancellations

We may cancel an order at any time before delivery.
